Question 1

How do you select products?

Accepted Answer

Every product on Kortlist has been bought and tested by us. We write our own assessments, including the shortcomings. We don't accept payment for placement and we turn down products that don't meet our standard, including from suppliers we already work with.

Question 2

Do you sell products you don't recommend?

Accepted Answer

No. If we don't recommend a product, it's not on the site. We sometimes publish comparison tables listing rejected alternatives, but those are never for sale through Kortlist.

Question 3

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all prices include 21% VAT. Business orders include a VAT breakdown on the invoice.

Question 4

Can you recommend a product for my situation?

Accepted Answer

Email hallo@kortlist.nl with a description of what you're looking for and your budget. We'll give you a straight recommendation, not a sales pitch.
